Default Base suspension

Which is better for lowering on a base Stingray without MRSC : Lower on stock bolts or adjustable Coilovers?

depends on your objective, coil overs will handle better but ride harder! Lowering on stock bolts will ride the same until you hit the bump stops. then it all goes bad, bad ride (very hard bumps and un reliable consistant handling)

You also can't go as low on stock bolts as you can on coil overs, but it's a good way to get about a one inch drop for free. My 2018 has the base suspension and no MSRC, and it sits a little bit lower than other C7s I've seen that are also lowered just on the stock bolts (and I did not cut any of the bushings down either)
