Has anybody installed them and if so what was the quality like /how are they holding up??
Been out of commission for over 2 months now waiting for a known company to send me their new in-house headers (albeit at a reduced price) for an evaluation. Have had my supercharger on for about a month now. Put the order in in early August.
I could have, I'm guessing been on the ground, tuned and driving by now.
I installed tsp 2" headers a couple of months ago. I had to clearance the tunnel on the passenger side a bit and my steering shaft rubs a bit. They state that this will probably be the case on the product page so I expected it.
Other than that I have no issues other than the fact that they don't come with a bung for a wideband.
Lots of feedback on the forums. My headers rubbed on the tunnel plate at the cats. Tried two sets of cats and both rubbed on drivers side. I tried using their tunnel plate with provided spacers. The shop ended up buying 3/4" nuts and longer bolts to space down the plate. Others have experienced this issue as well. Mine are 1 7/8. No leaks or any other issues and they sound nasty at WOT.
Agree with sounds nasty at WOT. Heres my car with A&A supercharger and TSP catless headers with factory dual mode mufflers. An outside video then one from onboard the car with external mic on rear bumper

Added TSP headers after Procharger install. And other changes to my setup. Installer ditched the tunnel plate. Zero issues over the past 10 months
Have mine now for over two years no issues did have to add washers to tunnel plate to clear passenger side headers
used them on my camaros also great header awesome price wanted to do 2”but decided on 17/8” for better fit ent

So if someone can answer this it would be great. I have the headers but before installing them, I plan on running a full-time wideband. There are already 2 bungs just after the collector but I will need a 3rd. Anybody have any good info on where to pace the 3rd bung. Reason I ask is because I'm hoping to only install the headers one time since they are 2 inch and am planning on them being a bitch..

I need to pull mine and install one but I was just planning on getting one installed just after the existing holes in approximately the same angle. That's my only cokplaint about the whole system honestly.
On my G8 i had, the collector was right by the bellhousing, making it kind of easy to clock the WB. The collector on these are way back by where my 2nd cats would be and each stock O2 is facing inward. Im thinking I might be able to put one in front, facing inward where the collector comes together.. i did a test fit....sort of tonight. The drivers side went in real easy, i still have the plugs in..but the steering shaft is still disconnectd. Don't seem to bad. Will just mount, mark and hammer. The other side is a little tighter.

I just ordered 3000F 1" dia. Hopefully that will slip over the connections
I meant the heat shielding that's on the tunnel of the car personally. 1" diameter should be enough these newer cars have pretty small connectors for the o2s.
