So I've got Texas speed header and off road x pipe. I had my car professionally dynotuned after install and had the rear 02 sensors deleted in the tune. Everything was fine for 5 months, now I'm getting P015B code thrown delay rich to lean. My code reader tells me bank 1 sensor 1. I have changed this 02 sensor and tried to clear the code but it makes no difference. All my wiring looks good, not melted.
Have you checked for any open circuits or shorts throughout the O2 sensor wiring, including the pins within the sensor connectors? A voltage out of range of an expected value may set this DTC.

Figured out the issue. For some reason the codes would not clear, not even fit a moment. I tried to clear the codes while driving (normally the rule is the engine shouldn't be running) and all the codes cleared fine and didn't return.
And the reason you delete the sensors is because there's no post cat o2 sensors if you have long tube headers. No purpose.
Gee, figure I should remember that....I've got long tube headers.
Matt , the secondary O2 sensor's only measure the efficiency of the cats and are not needed for the proper operation of the engine ( that is unless you get a clogged cat , but at that point I think you would know )
So the issues went away from just clearing the codes while it was running? Please let me know what fixed your issue if that’s not the case!
