Default Rear power outlet

I have no power to the rear power adapter (cigarette lighter) in the rear of my 2014 Z51 Stingray

You just have to get to peeling the carpet. No other choice really.

Checked the fuse (#22) and it is good. Any other recommendations?

Use a volt meter in the outlet to check for 12 v and ground. Then you'll know whether to chase the hot or ground wiring. 12 v is the center pin, ground is the shell.

Good call. With the battery right there in the hatch you have the perfect spot to test the ground (negative) side of the circuit. Could be socket itself (male or female side) as I've had them go bad internally from being abused, IE: just yanking the plug out by the wire tends to damage the internal connections. Thus the tester will show power at the wire terminals inputs but the socket itself will not have juice.
