ABS delete?

ABS delete?

Has anyone been able to remove/disable ABS on a C7? Is it as simple as removing a fuse? Does the car go into limp mode without it?

So there are two fuses that I see, "ABS valves" & "ABS Pump"

I guess ill just do this trial and error. See if I can get the car to the track on a member day so i can safely test this.

I've heard/been told that if you pull the fuses it will screw up the front/rear (and maybe side to side) proportioning and isn't that easy on a C7.

that's what im concerned about, i haven't heard of anyone actually trying it yet tho.

I'm just seeing If I can just buy myself time before I do a full motec swap on the car.

Why would you want to? Even with Motec, why defeat ABS?

It's really just because I've been experiencing ice mode frequently and if there was an easy way to disable ABS so i could at least make the brake predictable than I would deem that safer.

yo so how did pulling those fuses go? Were you able to drift the car with no problem?
