I've run custom-fabbed delrin in several cars for years without issue. Just sayin'...

Avanti thanks for your input. I would love to run delrin. I do a lot of NCCC autocross events in the street class. The NCCC rule book specifically ok's polyurethane bushings, dis-allows spherical, but doesn't mention delrin. I'm
waiting for a ruling from the organization on the issue. How long have you had yours mounted ? Do you do any speed events ?

Better to beg for forgiveness than ask for permission. I'd machine up delrin bushings. Unfortunately you've let the cat out of the bag here.

I have not gotten to drive the car yet with them in the car but I went with the LG MOTORSPORTS MONOBALL CONTROL AREMS KIT. These dam things were a bear to get into the arms but we will see how these do on the track soon.. Robert

Well, I got my ruling from NCCC. In the organization's eyes delrin is considered "solid" and therefore in the same class as monoball. By using these it would jump me out of the "street" group and into a full race group. So I'm back to looking for urethane bushings. Thank you everyone for your suggestions. If you see urethane bushings for a C7 let me know.
