Battery went dead, now trunk won’t open

Battery went dead, now trunk won’t open
I waited too long to drive my car so the battery went dead. Charged it overnight now car starts fine, I re indexed the windows and everything is fine except trunk won’t open with outside button or fob. Any ideas? Oops, wrong forum.

If I'm reading this correctly the battery has now been recharged and everything works fine except for the trunk. I doubt he wants to use the mechanical key for the rest of the time he has the car
On my first C7 my trunk stopped working. I ended up taking it in and they replaced the rear fuse block. Are you under warranty? Id take it in if so
