I asked Katech for install instructions, but they don't have any.
I'm trying to choose which approach I want to use (Ranger Method or slave cylinder bleeding) and would like to know how difficult the remote bleeder installation is.
Can anyone advise what's required to install the Katech remote bleeder valve?
This is insane that the car didn't come with a remote bleeder in that you need to drop the clutch to install one... so Ranger method for me... unless someone comes up with an easy and slick way to install a remote.

I've read all the threads...
Thanks in advance,

I installed the Katech one on my z06 and it was just about impossible to do with engine in the car. I ended up having to re-tap the threads and there is very little room to work. I had a camera that I used to see what I was working on but the actual install mostly has to be done by feel. If you screw something up you've got a big problem. Like either pull the engine or drivetrain kind of problem. Don't get me wrong the Katech bleeder is a great product and I was glad to have it but if I had to do it over again I wouldn't take the risk.

Yes, it is very difficult.
You have to act very carefully.
There's a hole in the bell housing.
And the bleeder screw can fall in clutch housing.
That just happened to me
Any advice?
