Default Mass airflow sensor

I have a 2016, standard shift, z51, 2016 corvette.
I read on this forum that the C7 MAF may be flawed in design.
Has anyone tried any of the aftermarket MAF's?
If so , results?
Recommendations?

I have not used an aftermarket MAF, I don't know if the stock MAF is flawed.
The problem I am familiar with is it's location directly over the coolant hose.
Heat soaking the MAF.
Wrap the coolant hose with some insulating material to reduce the heat transfer.
The AIT is monitored at the MAF.

MAF is not flawed. Aftermarket MAF is a waste of money. Not everything you read on the internet is true. But the first two sentences of this post certainly are.

Yeah, you should generally avoid aftermarket MAF sensors. I've never seen anything good happen with them.
