700-800 is a huge range. Are you asking for Engine HP or Wheel HP?

If Wheel HP, here is what it took for me to get 700 RWHP (2019Z M7).......

Jokerz FULL TILT ported blower
2.175" upper pulley
LT5 (95mm) Soler Performance TB
aFe cold air intake
Kooks 1-7/8" headers
Kooks catless x-pipe
93 octane tune

Roughly $5000 in parts including the tune and I did all the install labor myself.

IMO, if you arent going to fully mod the car with cam, bigger blower, etc then I would just do:

intake
headers
lower pulley

should get you 75-100 hp and you won't have to worry about running out of fuel capacity.
