Catless headers
What headers are people using.
I know obvious the American racing and kooks are the best. I’ve seen other brands like tsp and speed engineering that are almost 1/2 the price. I worry about fitment issues with these.

Across 3 C7's i have installed 3 Texas Speed sets and 1 LG set of headers. I thought the Texas Speed fit just fine as long as you don't go with the 2" version.
C7 #1 Texas Speed 1-7/8" - no issues
C7 #2 Texas Speed 2" - rubbing in places so i replaced with LG. LG was ok but had a fitment issue with the holes drilled in 1 header flange
C7 #3 (z06) Texas Speed 1-7/8" - no issues
Cant go wrong with TSP 1-7/8" imo

I had the same problem with the flange on one of my Hooker shorty headers. I ended up drilling out the holes to get it to fit. I couldn't get the all bolts started so I bought studs. That's when I found out for sure that the holes were drilled incorrectly.
