Well 1/4 times can vary greatly based off driver, trans, altitude, track prep and tire/suspension set up. What trans do you have and where are you located? We can set you up with everything from a nice upgrade on the stock converter to a 9 sec cam only heavy chopper.
Yes, there are a lot of variables. More specifically, I would come up with some goals for what you want the car to be (maybe your goal is best 1/4 times ?). This way you get the package that works, and then you can see what it does at the track.

OP asks for proven 1/4 mile time setups and then says it's a daily driver...
Wouldn't the better question be what cam setups offer the best power and daily drivability?
You're not going to get much info on cam specifics. You'll have to decide if you want to keep DOD or ditch it and this will determine how much cam you can put in the car. 500 rwhp, cam, headers, and flex fuel is achievable. Then pick a shop / one of their packages.
couple local guys around here broke into the high 11s last season with DRs etc on a +1500 DA day, haven't seen anyone go into the 10s yet with a NA C7... but enough cam, TC and heads etc may get you there...
I'd expect 11.20s-30s should be easy to get to on a stock converter with cam, CAI, exhaust...
These cars are light enough to go 9s stock bottom end without boost (it's been done before). It just depends on how extreme of a set up you want to go with. We have a cam for just about everyone. We just need some details from the customer to see what kind of build they have in mind. We've done a few low 11, high 10 second cars that customers are daily driving still. 550-600rwhp is possible
I haven't done the 1/4mi since early last year. COVID have been really screwing up tracks and schedules. I set my baseline last year complete bone stock 2016 A8 at 13.01, 13.01, 13.00. 5,800ft elevation (Bandimere Speedway). It had a gut-wrenching 398rwhp at 6,100ft. So, I got to work.
I now have it tuned mild'ish heads/cam package, replacement CAI, LT5 throttle body, headers, e85, custom built 3" exhaust to straight-thru mufflers. Dyno'd 479rwhp at 6,100ft elevation on stock TC. I know it doesn't seem a whole lot, but believe me, this is a HUGE improvement.
My goal is low 11s, high 10s, NA, stock TC at elevation. I do not have DRs (yet...pending wheel configuration), so that might get me closer. If that doesn't work, a new higher stall TC will be in the works and HPFPs/injectors/lines. I think that'll be about it before I do any bottom end work, which will support future boost.
Still, 100% driveable. I'm not sure what or when exactly would make our cars "undriveable".
