After couple track days the rotors started to develop a wavy pattern. When I hard brake i don't feel vibration. Is this a normal wear pattern ? Picture attached

That does not look too bad - in fact that looks pretty good.
There is a bit of grooving and pad smear (the black rings) but no cracking.

Z06 w/ OEM pads?
Its Grand Sport with OEM pads. I've asked a couple of corvette track friends. They said that it's normal. Told me to replace the pads with carbotech race pads.

I'm pretty lazy. Most of the time the car sits in the garage except heading to the track and back. I'd rather just have 1 set of pads
Ok I would stick with the XP12 front XP10 rear. If you would like to order I will be happy to help you. pads can be ordered online @ http://ampdautosport.com/brake-pads/corvette/ or call me at 216-780-8825. The part numbers you need are front CT1405 and rear CT1718 these are listed under C7 ZO6 section. Use promo code z28 at check out to receive your forum discount.

How are the 1521? I'm not a fan of super loud brakes. I'm not skilled enough to cook the OEM pads. I assume the 1521 would be a good alternative.
Bobcat 1521 is NOT recommended for any track use. I would stick with the stock than. You can run XP10 XP10 front and rear noise will not be that much but it will be there.
As far as pads goes I've found there is no such thing as a good mixed-use pad. Track pads dust and squeal but can take the abuse. Street pads are quiet and don't dust much but will glaze over on the track which is downright dangerous. If just driving to and from the track then you don't need street pads. Just be aware that track pads tend to not bite as well when cold so be careful when driving on the street with them.
I hate swapping pads between events (I'm lazy too) but like with practice and the right tools it goes quickly. Honestly getting the wheels on and off takes longer then the pad swap itself.

You're not kidding. With a floor jack and jack stands, I was pretty beat after replacing my pads. It didn't help that I forgot to brake the lug nuts loose before jacking....4 times! Being so low to the ground makes it hard to work on. I wouldn't want to do that too often.

Joe, get yourself something like this. You'll be glad you did. It comes in handy when you are detailing your wheels or waxing/polishing you car. Your back will thank you.
