C7 clutch slave cylinder, problematic?
is the clutch slave cylinder of the C7 known to fail under hard use?
I know that it was a common problem on the LS3 powered C6 and Camaro.
The slave cylinder is made out of plastic and therefore the pilot bearing would eat itself into the seat.
I used a stock LS1 clutch slave cylinder (completely made out of aluminium) and an adapter on the LS3 Camaro to fix that problem.
