Can someone give me the alignment specs for my 2017 GS front/rear wheels that will minimize the uneven wear please? My rear tires are wearing fast on the far inside tread and I do not track my car or drive aggressively (only when Mustangs challenge me). Thank you. Jim
The most important spec to minimize tire wear is toe. Set it to zero front and rear. You can set front camber to -1.0 and rear camber to -0.5 and you will not see much if any inner tread wearing faster than the rest of the tire. Front caster will be fine at +7.0 degrees - just keep cross caster close to zero. Rear caster should be zero to slightly positive (less then +0.5 deg) again keeping cross caster close to zero.
What are your alignment specs now?

Sorry, just saw your question below. I have no idea on what I have now but a shop said it was Probably set to factory specs.
Factory specs are all over the place, so that does not mean much. If you had the current specs, I could tell you specifically what needed to change. For example, if your camber was OK but your toe was way off. Or vice versa.
Caster does not cause tire wear unless it is grossly off (in cross caster) but then you would certainly notice the car pulling hard towards one side.
Is it ok to have the rears only aligned by your spec recommendations? The fronts are still even wear.

One caveat to the numbers I stated above. Those alignments will get you pretty even wear if you mostly do in town driving with some spirited driving thrown in. If you baby the car all the time or mostly have highway miles, you will get better tire life at -0.5 front camber and -0.2 rear camber. The harder you drive the car, the more negative camber you need to get the best traction and even wear.

If you are happy with the way the fronts are wearing, then yes, just align the rear. If you are never driving the car any where near the limit, don't even worry about the rear caster. Just make sure the front and rear adjustment cams on the rear lower control arms are set about the same and (unless something is bent) the caster will be close enough for daily driving.
Again - the caster will not affect tire wear. Rear caster adjustment is meant to minimize rear wheel bump steer and increase stability when the car is driven up to the limits of traction.
