Window indexing issue

Window indexing issue
2016 Z06 coupe. Re-indexed windows several times. 1 out of every 5 times the driver's side window will not index on exit. Cleaned the door pad and still have issue. Is there a part that controls the window indexing function? Thanks

Did that and worked for a series of 4 tries (open/close door) but on the 5th it would not index. Still troubleshooting. Thanks.

Does the window fail to index after the car has sat for a few days?
Is the battery original equipment?
Weak / old batteries can cause all kinds of electrical gremlins.

New battery seems to have fixed it. Car does sit periodically but is on a tender when it sits.
