I did a search for this but did not see anybody with this particular problem. I recently had a 103 mm throttlebody and an atomic Air Force intake manifold install. I also had a flex fuel kit installed. I also put in a new battery. Drove it several times and had no issues. Yesterday was the first day I put flex fuel in it myself. (The performance shop initially put in the flex fuel the first time.) While driving today, the car is at high idle while at a stop sign or stop light or parked. The car will behave normally while driving. Has anyone experienced this or have information about this? Thanks for any help!
FINAL UPDATE!
It ended up being a vacuum leak. The new intake bolts were a little loose from the factory but the o-ring made it seem like it was sealed good and caused it to hold for the first couple of drives after the install. After a few drives, it loosened up and created the leak.
UPDATE: It did not do the high idle when I just drove it, but the engine light came on. It threw the P0171 code which said it is lean. Don't know if the new fuel caused this or if I need to take it back to the tuner.
Along with all of these intake system changes that you recently did, did you happen to have the oil changed? If the answer is yes, could it have been overfilled? My car did a similar thing when the service department changed the oil and over filled it (common mistake with the dry sump system). Oil was getting sucked into the air intake and in some cases, I could rev the engine and the rpms would hang for a bit. Mine was so bad that I had to clean the MAF, clean the inside of the air intake system, and replace my air filter due to it being saturated with oil. Needless to say, I no longer let them change my oil...I do it myself.

Gotcha. Thanks for the reply. They did not change the oil as I had it done in Sept.
Did you tune the car for the 103mm TB and intake manifold?
PO107 code is saying the MAP sensor voltage is low. Could be a vacuum leak or could be the stock tune with those parts.
The car was tuned after the add-ons. I am wondering if it is some sort of vacuum leak. However, the scanner we put on it did say lean. Is there any way the flex fuel I put in it could cause it to do that?

I had this issue when I installed a ported TB.
Car is a 19 zo6 m7
Stopped at a light and engine RPM went up to 4500/5500 RPM.
Happened a couple of times
Sent TB back for another and same thing happened again.
Went with another company and no more unexpected RPM fluctuations.

Gotcha. I went with a brand new Haltech 103mm. The performance shop opens back up tomorrow. I am going to let them figure it out. Thanks for the info.
Hey brother if you’re hunting down an exhaust leak go ahead and buy some starter fluid and with the car turned on spray it around the intake all the way to the throttle body even in areas that you can’t see. If you hear the RPMs jump up then you know that starter fluid made it’s way inside through some sort of opening/crack. It’s not a diesel or two-stroke engine so your motor will be fine. Let us know how it goes man!

Thanks for the info! I put a final update on the cause of the problem at the bottom of my original post.
