Default Need help with battery current sensor on C7

I've got a 2016 Z06 and I'm trying to tie up some loose ends on it. There's a current sensor on the battery ground cable, it's a big 3-prong plug, and I can't for the life of me find where to plug it in. I've traced over the big main harness several times and can't find a pigtail that fits that sensor plug. The dealership diagrams show the sensor, but don't show a plug that goes into it. Could someone look at their car and trace where the plug for that sensor comes from? I'd really appreciate the help.

post #9 on this thread indicates it ties in under the front fuse box somewhere. I'm thinking it plugs into the alternator.

So like a separate harness that goes from the alternator clear back to the back of the car? I just checked the main harness that runs along the length of the car (checked from the rear bulkhead back, that is), and there is only one pigtail coming out of it that isn't spoken for, and it's a really small 2-prong that doesn't fit the sensor at all.

I'm not quite sure which end you are looking for, but the sensor is connected near the battery under the rear carpeting. The other end of the cable terminates near the BCM in the passenger footwell, but that connector has many more pins.

Edit: Maybe you are missing the sensor?

I'm looking for the end that connects to the sensor on the negative battery cable. I have the sensor ON the cable but can't find the pigtail that plugs into it. Does it come out of the main harness somewhere or is it a separate harness that goes all the way up to the passenger footwell?

It comes out of the body harness that goes to the BCM. It should be under the rear carpeting.

So it comes out in the rear part of the car, okay. That's a start. I hope it's not too much to ask, but.. would pictures be possible? My carpet is out, all my rear trim is out, my main harness is totally exposed, and I see no pigtails coming out of it that would plug into the current sensor.

Edit: oh hey, I didn't see the pictures! Okay so I see that circled bit on the harness. The other picture looks like it's in the front?
