I'm trying to data log the rail pressure and sending unit pressure to help troubleshoot the issue below. Any recommendations on ways to data log the C7?
I just added a procharger but I'm having some fuel issues. The HPFP was dropping pressure down to 300psi. Low pressure holding at 60. I've swapped out the high pressure twice now and i'm still having the issue. I just replaced the feed line with the check valve to the LT4 version without a check valve. I didn't have any issues before supercharging.
You are having issues because you are making more power than the stock fuel system will support more than likely.
I’m starting to wonder that. When I bought the kit I told them I wanted to be able to run on stock fuel system on 6-7 lbs of boost but on the dyno the car made over 400 wheel at 4K and over 500 at 5K. It started breaking up so they had to abort the pull. In my head I’m thinking these blowers are very linear so the power will probably continue to increase as we rev to 7k.
