Not to mention the C7 Corvette has OEM heat wrap on all of the wiring near the exhaust and the starter has a heat shield. It's a non issue on the C7 for sure.

Lucky for me I did not scratch the crap out of my coating , I do have to say mine is pretty hard stuff

I think my biggest mistake was having a local guy to the ceramic coating. If I had it to do over, I'd send them out to a reputable shop and spend more to have it done.
