Added a ZR-1 nose. This is a track car 90% of the time. Added a larger oil cooler and opened up some more air to the radiator. Been having issues with oil and coolant temperatures on the track. Added vents to the wheel wells. Room on the drivers side for future expansion. Can't get to the track until the end of May. Before Cut these in on both left and right sides Install grill to keep out the rocks Larger Oil Cooler. Driver side open for future expansion. Stock Cut some openings and dropped the plastic dam down about 4" to get all the air from the grill opening. The fit was not bad out of the box. Some vinyl warp to protect from the sun and track debris. Will see how it helps the temps in May at the NCM track!
Nice job, very clean. I am in the process of doing similar mods. Which exchanger did you use? Looks like a 30 row? I have Setrab 634 row as well as 625. Did you direct intake air from brake duct(Hall tech TRIC or like)? Seem like you are now introducing hot air into intake if not? What mods did you do to brake duct to fit ZR1 holes?

I had the Z51 brake ducts but they stuck to far into the opening for the cooler. Used pvc down spout from Lowes. With the 45 and 90's it twist through the support and ends in the same place the factory did. I built a custom end that sits about a half inch behind the grill, so it gets direct cold air. I will see if I have pictures.
When you added your oil cooler, did you eliminate air to water(improved racing or like)? Or did you tap into scavenge side(line to sump tank) and leave air to water?
HS! That looks amazing! Great job! Why is the paint/vinyl orange and not red like the rest of the hood? I'd get rid of the red and do it all orange, that would look sick! How much was that bumper cover?

I originally had an LG Oil cooler that sat in front of the radiator, but I kept having high water temps issues on track as soon as I installed it. This helped me get the oil cooler out from in front of the radiator. I will not get to test until end of May. The LG cooler came with and adapter that bolts up to the block where the factory cooler was. Plus the new cooler is twice as large as the LG system.

The car is orange. The new bumper cover was all black, so the wrap was just to protect and break up the straight line at the hood. Car spends it time on the track, so we just used some orange that the shop had to try a blend the line a bit more. More mods coming in the future so it's all temp for now. Nose was from EOS for 900.00. The cost has come down a lot. I did see one for sale on the forum last week for the same price. Fit was good. Had to massage the drivers side a little bit and a small mod to the lower connections to the grill, but I am happy. My motivation was to help with the cooling, but the new look has to be good for some time off at the track!
