**yes, I know I can ignore it - but I’d like to open it at least once to insert an SD card with music**
My ‘16 C7 arrived in February with an infotainment screen that will not retract. It is NOT stuck. Rather it simply doesn’t respond to the button. I know I can have the dealer deal with it under warranty. But before I do, I would like to check the fuse. I have checked several of them that look like they “might” control that retracting door. None do. Anyone know which fuse controls it? Thank you....
It's fuse 22 (10 amp) in the underhood block. But if that fuse was blown, the display wouldn't turn on at all.
Check to see if it's in valet mode. If it is, and you don't know the code, you're still going to need someone with a dealer level scan tool to reset it.
Hi, it’s definitely not valet mode, which works fine other than this...code glove box works when no valet mode and locks with valet. Fuse 22...screen works fine....
