I am chasing what was believed to be vacuum leak. After using smoke machine, vacuum leak ruled out. Currently when cruising trims will exceed 20% add. I also noticed car when at an idle, will continue to show adding fuel and then drop to 0. STFT then start adding fuel again as expected but LTFT show no activity for about 5 seconds.
I am trying to understand what would make the LTFT dive to 0 when they have been in 20% add range. Maybe somebody has had this issue in past.
Again, no vacuum leak, even replaced MAF. I did go upto 95mm TB. Makes me think issues could be with modified TB. It is ported to flow @ 100MM TB specs..
Car is 15 Z06 with 2300 and Soler 95mm TB and 5" intake
TIA
Since the Soler TB is a new add on, I would save time and reach out to Soler as a first step. They are great at product support! IMHO. They may be able to fast track your issues...

Spoke to Chalky, and he's is aware of this, but others looking at this issue; when using a large intake that is also larger at the metering section where MAF sensor is mounted, it is likely to cause the MAF sensor to under-report actual mass-flow, then the ECM will lookup for less fuel, and the oxygen sensors will correct with possibly double-digit positive fuel trims. If out of range it might even set a lean code.
These changes might require a stock MAF sensor recalibration.
I'd say make sure the MAF sensor is reading true. Adding fuel might do the trick, but sounds like a bandaid. Then again, tuning is not our strong suit. Perhaps folks with tuning experience can chime in. Keep us posted.
