C7 Solid Motor & Diff mounts
Hi All,
I am looking for everyone’s feedback/opinions/experiences with solid motor and diff mounts. I exclusively track my C7 on road courses and I’ve broken my exhaust hangers, and loosen up my axle back piping all the time. I will be adding some flex joints to the exhaust to help but I’m also thinking rigid mounting the drivetrain will help combat the engine movement under load coupled with the forces around a turn. I have concerns with increased vibration may cause other stuff to loosen up over time and I’m worried the added vibration will mess with the electronic dash and infotainment.
