Took the car out today ('17 Z06 3k miles), noticed rough idle at first, then significant performance reduction followed by what felt like a wobble in the feel of the ride. Soon after that the CEL came on, stablitrack, and rear axle light, so I immediately took the car home. I do drive this car on a regular basis so it wouldn't be a issue of it sitting for long periods of time. Mechanic seems to think it is most likely a injector or coil issue. Has anybody experienced this?
An engine code triggers the Stability and Rear Axle messages/codes since they depend on a properly operating engine to work properly. If there is anything indicating the engine can't control torque properly when another module requests a change in torque output the module requesting a change will shut down and set a code.

Yes that is definitely how they designed it to work. However, I have gotten it without any DTCs being set or pending. For over a week on every start then stopped on its own. Others have replaced their alternators and cleared up the issue with no DTCs.
