The headlights on my stingray have stopped working. Either in auto mode or when switched on manually.
No low or high beam at all.
I have checked the two 20amp fuses and relay in the engine bay fuse box and they are all OK. The relay clicks when headlights are switched on the steering column stalk. But both headlamps remain off.
Any idea where to look next?
I don't have access to any GM dealership so that is not an option.
Have not heard of this before. Even though the relay clicks I would start with replacing it. Cheap and easy to do. Had a bad fuel pump relay in my BMW which tested good but solved all my probs when I replaced.

Got one on order even though electrically I am getting continuity through it when I activate the relay. Takes two weeks for delivery though. Slow boat from Korea.
I guess my next course of action is to remove the front bumper and drivers side headlight and chase the fault from there.

Awesome. Its great when a potentially huge issue is solved by something simple. When my BMW wouldnt start in the cold weather, the X5 forum pointed me to the fuel pump relay. $15 later its been perfect. A trip to the dealer would have been a few grand for sure.
Are you sure a parts house doesn't have it? Unless it is a Corvette specific thing I would think that those are available without waiting for the boat from Timbukthree to arrive. Longer and uncertain if Fedex is involved.
