Looking at $170 for 1 hour of programming labor.. Problem is their Vet Tech is out with Covid.. FWIW, dealer I have bought some of my Corvettes from refused to program my TCM because I didn't buy it from their parts department. They never asked me where I bought my car...

Update: Found a tech who works on all GM transmission. Stopped by tonight, took 20 minutes to flash new TCM and I'm back on road.. Thanks for all tips/advice on TCM R&R and programming..
