Try John at Auto XTC or Pat at American Hydrocarbon. John/Auto XTC used to be in Clearwater, now he is about an hour north of Tampa. Pat is based in Homestead but not sure if he has shop there as well.

American Hydrocarbon has a pretty extensive website. Looks like a pretty complete “Bling Job” would run around $2500 (diy).
Not certain yet if that’s a competitive $.
