Default Front brake rotor issue

I'm having issues with the stock C7 brake rotors not being centered within the calipers. Is this normal? Am I missing some spacers or shims for the caliper to be correctly located?

This is the outside spacing between the caliper and the rotor without the pads installed.

The rotor does not seem to sit centered in the caliper.

This is the inside spacing between the caliper and the rotor without the pads installed.

Are you sure you have the correct rotor?
