I started to bleed and refill my brakes with new fluid and starting at the right rear, the inner bled as expected. However when I went to the front bleeder on the rear, I could not get rid of the stream of tiny bubbles, any thoughts?
What method are you using to bleed the brakes? You need someone to apply hard brake pressure and then you can quickly open the bleeder valve so there is a rush of fluid which will carry the air bubbles through to the bleeder.
As I don't have a helper, I am using a manual vac. I attached the hose to the bleeder and with the bleeder closed, I drew 15 vac to verify the hoses were tight. I then opened the bleeder valve and with drew the old fluid but the small bubbles didn't disappear.
This is the same method I did for the back bleeder valve with NO issues.

If vacuum tool is being used for a one-person bleed job, you might be opening the bleeder screw too much and sucking in air around the bleeder screw threads.
As stated before I performed the same way on the rear bleeder and NO issues which has me stumped. As soon as I crack open the bleeder ever so slightly I get the bubbles.
How many vehicles do you have? I do all my brake flushes on the same day. I used to have a high of 5 vehicles and 2 bikes and 2 ATVs so that works out fine. I use THIS when possible. Just buy different adapters. No 2nd person or bubbles. Suck out the old fluid, fill with fresh fluid and attach the tool. Fill container with fresh fluid, pressurize and open the appropriate bleeder screw.

I use the same bleeder but I use it just for air pressure.
Don't want any brake fluid spilling inside the engine compartment.
Thinking of adding a tire valve stem on the side so I can pressurize the unit with my air compressor set at 10 - 15 PSI so I won't have to 'pump' it up by hand.

You can but you won't have the safety of not running out of fluids. I don't think I have heard of such a happening.
As long as there's a vacuum (ie you're using something like a MityVac), the bubbles don't matter. Everything (air and fluid) is moving out/away from the caliper. The bubbles are just air being sucked between the tube and the bleeder valve. Even if you have zero vacuum on the tube or zero pressure being applied to the Master Cylinder, you have the equivalent of a gravity bleed....fluid will simply run/drip out of the bleeder. No air is going in.
The only way you're going to draw air into the system is if someone is pressing the brake pedal and they release it while the bleeder is still open or you run the master cylinder dry.

I do the same. I use it to pressurize the master cylinder. No mess or clean-up of the container needed.
Motive's red aluminum cap destroys the locking tabs on the reservoir neck, try and get ahold of the universal black plastic GM cap from Motive. They sent me a free one after I called them and explained the problem.
Had to replace the reservoir because of the sheared off locking tabs.
