Good morning, everyone, New C7 owner and have only had the car a couple of weeks. yesterday when I had my corvette out for a ride. I noticed a small vibration, that starts at around 65MPH and goes away at around 75MPH. It is really noticeable on smooth roads. I do not know how to describe the vibration, it is not in the steering wheel, you can feel it in either the driver's seat and or passenger's seat. The vibration is not continuous either it seems to have a rhythm or pulse to the vibration. While my son is more mechanically inclined then I am, he believed that it was coming from the rear of the car. I did look at all four tires and do not see any unusual ware on any of the tires. I do have stock wheels on the vehicle and have not seen any obvious damage to them. If anyone has ran into this issue and has some info on what it maybe it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your time and patience with a new owner.
Shift to manual when feeling vibration, if it stops then you need transmission flush per bulletin # 355 which is flush to stop shuddering in trans..
I had same and after dealer did flush no shuddering.

Rhythmic Vibration is wheel balance, either a bent rim or have the tires ROAD FORCED balanced, make sure you tell them you want a bullseye balance; I had same vibrations after putting new tires on my car. it took 3 road force balance tries; the manager of the store did the last one and did a bullseye. . 15,000 miles later still smooth
I do not feet the vibration through the dead pedal. I will follow the advice with shifting to manual to see if the car has the same vibration. That will be quick to see, if not that then off to the tire shop to see if it is a balance issue. Thank you for your advice it is much appreciated.
If you have an A8 transmission a shudder that comes and goes as you drive on the highway is indicative of the car switching from 8-cylinder operation to 4-cylinder operation and back again. Each time it switches the torque converter clutch is disengaged and engaged. Slippage in the TCC can cause the shudder. If the recommended triple flush doesn't fix the problem you may need a new torque converter or a new transmission.
