Brake upgrade question
I'm upgrading my Stingray brakes and rotors from the base JL9 brakes to the Z51/J55 sized Power Stop Z26 brake set. I've already purchased the two larger front calipers from Chevy. I'm wondering if I will need to purchase the front brake dust shields as well. It looks like the dust shields for the base JL9 brakes are different than the Z51 J55. Is this something that I will need to replace with the larger rotor and caliper? The Power Stop brakes should not create much brake dust. Thanks!
