I had pulled my motor out. Put it back in and everything is working now except my AC. I didnt break open the system when I pulled it out but got a super deal on testing the system so they evacuated they system and vacuum tested it. I want to make sure I didnt have a leak and I wasnt sure how much refrigerant is suppose to be in the system. I think we pulled 1.08 lbs and vacuum held. I checked the fuses, relay and no issue. Next I was going to test the hp and lp switched but I decided to look through HP tuners and see if they could have disabled it. I hit the disable RPM during my first launch. It came on much quicker than I expected. Shouldnt the re-enable ac be somewhere around idle or lower than that so once it hits that thresh-hold the compressor will kick back on. Just curious if anyone thinks this could be a issue.

Those are the stock factory settings. It works until you get to 7083 rpm and then in theory it would disable it until the RPM drops to 7083 at which time the AC would reengage while rpm continues to drop. Similar situation with the TPS.
Basically Chevy set it so the AC will won't turn off. In some older cars, if you went WOT, the AC would disengage. Others used RPM. I haven't poked around in the C7 tune to see if there's any other settings but the ones shown are 100% stock.
Long story short.....Yours should have re-enabled once the engine rpm dropped below 7083
