Reading Lights
I was driving my 2015 C7 yesterday when both upper reading/courtesy lights (one on either side of rear view mirror) went on. The on/off buttons attached to each will not shut the lights off. They remain on until about 15 minutes after the engine has been shut down. They turn on immediately when a door is opened and remain on while driving until about 15 minutes after engine shut down.
Does anyone have an idea as to the cause of fix?

The dimmer button is too high to be pushed by my knee. I tried pushing it in and it does not move. I looked at the marking on the dimmer switch, and turned it slightly counter clockwise, and those damned lights went out. I tried the attached on/off buttons and they now worked fine.
I can't thank you guys enough for sharing your knowledge. I doubt that my local Chevy dealer knew about that dimmer switch. This forum is the greatest!
