transmission issue
I recently had a stage 3 monster installed. Had no issues till after a dyno tune. Sometimes shifting it feels like it catches something. Its not smooth. Then other times nothing. All smoth shifting. Sometimes when i try to throw it in reverse it catches or makes a slight grinding noise. One time it wouldnt even go into reverse it would just grind and wouldnt go. I had to restart it with the gear in reverse. Then no issues after that. Synchros?

Check the clutch fluid level. Flush using the "Ranger Method"....plenty of threads on that via search.
May also want to change the transmission lube. Manuals use ATF not gear oil. I prefer Redline D4 ATF but you'll get a million opinions on which is "best"

Maybe 350-400 miles on it before dyno. I just bought new brake, tranny and diff oil. I hope that’s it. I was ripping on it today and fine.
