2015 HVAC mode actuator test
Just replaced the air mode actuator 23201659. Is there anyway to run the HVAC modes to confirm operation prior to reinstalling the complete dash. Don't have access to any scan tools at this time. Is it possible to just reconnect the HVAC control and radio unit and ignition switch. Thanks

Actually, the first time those are replaced, a calibration is done to set the full sweep and send feedback to the body control module. When you fire it up for the first time it may move, but not to the position you’d like it to.
