AFM RANGE Question
I tecently began using a Range plug in to defeat the AFM Iin my 17 ZO6
shotly thrreafter I began to see a BRAKE WEAR message
i inspected the pads and they all seem to have plenty of wear left.
is anyone else having this issue?
If I unplug the Range and still have the message, will the OBD show which wheel is sending the message?
Thanks for you help

I don't know what the AFM has to do with brakes but why not unplug it and see?

I've never seen or heard of this reported with the Range device, on Corvette or any application honestly.
Let us know what you find.

I have run the Range AFM Eliminator for a number of years and have never encountered such a message on the car. I suggest that it is something else causing the warning message to occur.

When you checked the break pads,,,,, did you look at the inside pads. They wear faster and are overlooked sometimes.

I know that the CCBs have a wire in pads that will sometimes break and give a false warning regarding pad wear. Do the standard (non-CCB) pads have the same system?
