Default Convertible top / Problem with partition sensor

Hey everyone!

I recently bought a 2014 3LT Z51 Convertible.

I’ve driven 2000 miles in it, and 2 times there’s been times where the top wouldn’t operate (because it says the partition isn’t mounted)

now it’s not been operating for a while and I began looking into it.

I can see that the former owner, or the one before has been fiddling with the wiring for the Hall effect sensor.

my question is:

1. any successful way to bypass the sensor with resistor or like wise? (Not magnet cause the sensor is gone)

2. if not, anyone have the spare part number for the sensor, then I could build it back to original shape.

thanks a lot!
