Default Gauges.

Looking at the oil temp and coolant temp gauges on the front display.
First the oil temp gauge, it shows 100*,,,,,,,,200*,,,,,,,,320* . From 100 to 200 divided by 8 increments equals is 12.5* per increment. From 200 to 320 divided by 8 increments equals 15* per increment.
The water/coolant temp gauge, it shows 100*,,,,,,,,220*,,,,,,,,260*. From 100 to 220 divided by 12 increments equals 10* per increment. from 220* to 260* divided by 8 increments equals 5*

In looking at the water temp gauge, it does make sense when the temp gets above 220* the temps are more critical. So it is more important that the temps are closely monitored above the standard operating temps. BUT,,, why is the trans oil temp just the opposite.

Set your instrument panel to the Tour display to see accurate and readable gauges:

The analog gauges are accurate, however, they don't have sufficient resolution for a person to determine the accuracy.

I went in to the dealer today and the tech guys didn't know exactly why there is a difference between the engine temp and the coolant temp. But they did say there isn't a different sending unit for the two gauges. They figured maybe one is through the computer and the other one is more direct. Your gauges are different than mine. The analog gauge is normally higher than the digital engine gauge.
