2016 Z06 convert to E 85 ?

I tune these all of the time. There are a few things to consider for the 2016 Z06.
- The 2016 C7 Z06 low side fuel pump is one of the earlier models so you can't push it very far with the extra fuel volume required by Ethanol blends.
- If you're not pushing the car hard and plan to leave it stock, you can likely run E30-E40, low side fuel limited, without adding a fuel booster or aux pump.
- You will need a Flex Fuel sensor from DSX and have it pinned to the ECU
- Not too hard but if you don't have the tools or the know how, its a bit of a PITA to get to the ECU in the Corvette.
- Since you can't run full E85, you will need a way to monitor the E content and blend it at the pump.
- We use Fuel-It Blue Tooth modules on all of our builds. It sends the ethanol content in your car right to your phone. No need to install a gauge.
- You will need a tune to enable Flex Fuel and a tuner that knows how to tune for it on this platform.
- If you do remote tuning, you will need HPTuners and a Laptop to work with a remote tuner.
