So I read forums and everything. Unplugged the blower motor. Replaced the blower motor. Whenever I play with the cable or tap/hit the plastic cover with my foot or object it turns on. I can’t tell if it’s short. Could the plug in be messed up? How should I fix it? If anyone had another solution besides unplugging and replacing please let me know.
I had HVAC issues with my blend door and my blower motor not working. Dealer replaced blower motor and blend door. New Blower motor lasted 3 weeks and quit. Took it back to dealer. They replaced the blower motor again. They said it was a bad blower they installed. 1 week later it quit again. I suggested to them to check the blower plug. That was the problem all along. They installed the new plug and it's been great ever since.

Is the replacement blower motor module OEM or aftermarket ??...there are just 3 wires...power, ground, and a speed control (PWM) wire...if wiring looks good it may be a bad "NEW" module....moving this to Tech.
Til I got my motor replaced I would get it working by tapping on the bottom of the passenger glove compartment. Used to tell the wife to kick it when she was with me. Worked everytime for a while. LOL. The problem like many state is the connection (fretting).

My apologies for no answer I’m doing some military work. I have photos of the connector and the fan itself. We’ve decided to do the pig tail! It comes in this week. I’ll post progress and what to do. The connector definitely had play so that’s why we decided to go through this route. Can is cammed and lowered so we think the vibration could’ve caused some damage or just fell into the same problem as everyone else.
