2019 c7 stringray saw this while picking up a drop tool possible never installed at the factory or bracket for a grand sport ?? rear of the car

You are not missing anything if car is a base C7 as they do not come equipped with a rear sway bar.

thank you neighbor pulled up with his grand sport he had it on base model didnt come with it

Seem odd to me that any Corvette would be built without a sway bar on both ends. But then again I’m sure GM has done dumber things.

No rear-bar makes it much simpler to check/top-off (commonly needed)/change differential fluid.

Drain and refill your rear diff fluid, then install a Z51 rear sway bar from the FE3 suspension, replace your Stingray shocks with the beefier Z51 shocks, and upgrade your front sway bar to the Z51 part.

One of the best mods I ever did, the car stays so flat in turns and still rides comfortably.
