I recently put an A&A on my M7 Z15. Currently running Michelin Pilot all seasons as that what was on the car when I bought it 10k miles ago. They hold like grease above half throttle.
Nitto 555 have been recommended. I do not want a pure DOT drag radial as I want the car to retain its handling characteristics. But, obviously I need a tire that is much stickier, knowing I will be trading tire life. Tire noise and ride are a concern though. I don't want it to sound like I am running 35" mudder tires down the highway.
Continental ExtremeContact Force is another good tire for that power level. The ExtremeContact Sport is good too but won't be enough for your power level. Either way you're going to spin in 1st and 2nd if you stay on a 20" wheel but you'll be able to roll into it a bit harder with a better tire.

What are you suggesting? Going to an 18" or 19" rear wheel to get more sidewall? I'm not completely against this, but I don't want to trash handling either
