You'll need to carefully examine the connectors for part number information and then buy them through someone like Mouser. I don't show those as being sold separately by GM. I'll dig around and see if I have docs showing the part numbers but the odds are pretty low.
The part numbers can be anywhere on the connectors as these examples show, and then you have to figure out the manufacturer. GM used a lot of different connector vendors on these cars....

I got curious and did some digging. The attached are the best I can find. Obviously you'll want to double check.
Looks like the brand is Yazaki based on the pins. Keep in mind that if you buy them, it's only the connector body. You'll need to de-pin your old ones
