HELP -Stuck in Low Power Mode

10-4 I see it; I asked for clarification on that. They also sent a video that I can't/don't know how to upload here. The mechanic is under the car and is shining a light on something stating, "this harness is supposed to be on top of the driveshaft" Did some digging and I'm assuming he's talking about a wiring harness? I looked online but didn't find any clear pics/vids of what/where it would go. Found a few threads here about a wiring harness on bank 2. And even some wiring harness mods (all new to me) with my long list of codes this sounds more like the culprit more than anything else they have stated; I am going to look further into it, but any insight is welcomed
