Steering Wheel Voice Button Activation
Hi all,
for some reason when using android auto in my 2019 z06, the button on the steering wheel for voice commands still ties into the GM systems versus activating the one for android auto. I can press the icon on the screen for voice commands such as call my wife, play a song etc and that works. But using the button from the steering wheel doesn't. Any thoughts/ things to try?

Try holding the button longer:
Voice Pass-Thru
Voice pass-thru allows access to the
voice recognition commands on the
cell phone, for example, Siri® or
Voice Command. See the cell
phone manufacturer's user guide to
see if the cell phone supports this
feature. To activate the phone voice
recognition system, press and hold
button on the steering wheel for a few
seconds.
Seems to be typical on several car brands to access Carplay or Android Auto.
