Random Cylinder Misfire

Got my car back. Dealer said spark plugs, ignition coils, and wires all look great. All sensors are good. Engine light never went off for them and they said my car is in great condition.
Welp, I guess I just hope it doesn’t come back.

The dealer said the plugs, wires, and coil packs "LOOK" good ??...that is not how to diagnose...did you mean to say the engine light never came back on ??...if it's still on you have a problem !!

If you look at the very first image the OP posted you'll see an example of a "1" and a lower case "l" within the screen. This will help you identify how the tool visually shows the difference between the two characters. Pixels count or lack of them, and even some fonts can make things look like something else.

Yes,,,, I did see the first screen. The difference between the L and the 1 is clearly shown there. . I didn't mean to be a pain in the ***, I just wanted an answer to a question. Now,, has the issue with all of the miss fires been figured out? Is there a possibility, at idle, when the engine feels a bit rough, that's when it's miss firing?
