Hello all,
My 2015 A8 Stingray is coming up on 90,000 miles and I see that's a maintenance interval. Has anyone had this? I'm wondering what to expect for cost/what they cover, etc. I do want to go to the dealer because I trust them the most to work on it, even if they charge a little more.
I'd call several dealers around you that have a Corvette certified tech around to do the job. Find out how many hours they want and not a dollar figure. Different places have different labor rates from $130-$200 around here. Besides, you don't want me to quote a low figure buy cutting out this or that. Taking the post above, I might want to beat his $1200 figure by dropping a couple of things to get that number and have you buy it with me. I have always said that if you have the materials cost, number of hours spent and the hourly rate, I can calculate the approximate dollar cost. With the only dollar figure, I have no idea how to get the 3 components.
Not a bad idea. All three have at least one Corvette tech around me. Thanks.
Company invested a little more in them to be Corvette certified so maybe they are better? Go talk to the person doing the job, develop a relationship with them and use them only. Don't bother with the appointment clerk other than to have him make the appointment with that guy.
