Thinking of adding the clear center wicker to my 19 C7 GS, however any pros and or cons for this upgrade. I had read somewhere that MPG went down, handling was upset unless the stage 3 aero front winglets were installed (I have the stage 2 front winglets), added down force was hard on the rear tires and suspension. I like the look of the clear center (tinted) piece as it completes the look of the spoiler. Abt ideas on where to get one and is it a direct bolt on? Thanks

It will increase aero drag slightly, so you may see a small change in gas mileage, but that's not why most of us buy these cars.
Note that the Wickerbill you describe is actually Stage 3 (rear) aero. Stage 2 (rear) aero consists of taller (than Stage 1) Winglets with no Wickerbill. Stage 1 (rear) aero is noticably shorter that the other options. @KillerC7zo6 provides a good pictorial summary here.
