Acceleration Lag
I've owned this 2016 Z06, A8 for two years and have not experienced this until today.
I was driving in about 78 degree temp on the highway at about 50 MPH, I floored it and it accelerated as usual up to about 75 MPH. I turned onto a side rode and gave it about 3/4 throttle nothing happened, there was no immediate throttle response, then it kicked in. I did this several times. I put it in manual mode and it seemed a little better, not noticeable lag. After parking the fans ran for at least 5 minutes. After 1.5 hours I checked for codes. No new codes, no stored code, no pending codes. Any Ideas? I thought it might be hot, but I've driven harder in hotter conditions with no problems. No check engine light and oil temp was in the normal range. I will drive it tomorrow and see what happens. If you have any ideas I'd appreciate them. Thanks!

Ran it hard yesterday and today. No issues. I'm glad it seems to be back to normal, but I don't trust it. Something was out of wack. Oh well, all I can do is drive it and see what happens.
